Fathom Trades

Indicator names
On the site, each indicator goes by its Fathom name. The API only knows its id: that is what you send in indicator. The catalog (GET /v1/indicators) also gives a descriptive name: it is not used in requests, and the SDK only uses it in the comment of the generated types, which it names after the id (big-trades → BigTradesParams, BigTradesData).
